Coach Dwayne Watson has been coaching for 20+ years and graduated from Norfolk State University in his hometown Virginia with a BA History Social Science, Secondary Education and is Military Veteran. His passion for coaching and developing student-athletes is evident in every one-on-one, team session or clinic.

Coach Dwayne Watson has been coaching for 20+ years and graduated from Norfolk State University in his hometown Virginia with a BA History Social Science, Secondary Education and is Military Veteran.
His passion for coaching and developing student-athletes is evident in every one-on-one, team session or clinic. Coach Watson enjoys connecting with athletes and teaching the game of basketball, developing athletes and more importantly teaching life skills. Coach Watson has served as a Community Coach with Westminster School, Marine Corp Leadership Academy, Upward and Church League.
In addition to years of high school coaching -Head Junior Varsity Boys Basketball Coach, Assistant Coach 15 & Under Girls and Head Junior Varsity Girls Basketball Coach, Coach Watson has lead boys and girls teams to undefeated championships.
What draws, parents, youth and athletes to Coach Watson? His ability to translate and teach the fundamentals of basketball to any level and any age in an engaging and fun way.
